What This Warranty Covers
The Charm Bar Company warrants that our Waterproof Jewelry Collection (necklaces, bracelets, and charms) will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty specifically covers:
- Defects in craftsmanship
- Structural Issues (clasps, chains, connectors)
- Failure of waterproof integrity under normal wear
What “Waterproof” Means
Our waterproof jewelry is designed to withstand daily exposure to water, including:

- Swimming (fresh or salt water)
- Sweat and normal moisture
When worn and cared for as intended, the jewelry should not tarnish, rust, or discolor due to water exposure during the warranty period.
