What this Warranty Covers:
The Charm Bar Company warrants that our Waterproof Jewelry Collection (necklaces, bracelets, and charms) will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically covers:
- Defects in craftsmanship
- Structural Issues (clasps, chains, connectors)
- Failure of waterproof integrity under normal wear
What "Waterproof" Means:
Our waterproof jewelry is designed to withstand daily exposure to water, including:
- Showering
- Swimming (fresh or salt water)
- Sweat and normal moisture
When worn and cared for as intended, the jewelry should not tarnish, rust, or discolor due to water exposure during the warranty period.
What this Warranty Does Not Cover:
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic changes over time

If your claim is approved, The Charm Bar Company will, at our discretion:

- Replace the item with the same or comparable product
Replacement items do not restart the original warranty period.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
The Charm Bar Company will cover shipping costs for approved replacements back to the customer.
Limitation of Liability:
This Limited Warranty is your exclusive remedy.
The Charm Bar Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
